History

Kelwin Properties was established in 2005 with the goal of creating better places.  Our passion for creating better places has been coupled with years of research on the most successful neighborhoods and towns, as well as a broad-based background in the real-estate and financial industries.

Kelwin's founder, Andy Winkel, brings experience from working as a project manager with the nation’s most respected New Urban developers, as well as experience in managing and rehabbing multifamily apartment buildings.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Andy worked as an investment banker and completed his education at the University of Michigan Business School.
